iPWMinder contains a Password Generator, to help you create strong and secure passwords.
To create a randomly generated password, tap on the Password Generator icon, next to the password field, when creating or editing a Record or Repository (see How To Add a New Record and How To Edit a Record for information on creating and editing Records; and How To Create a New Repository and How to Edit Repository Info for information on creating and editing Repositories.)
Tapping on the Password Generator icon creates a random password based on values set in Settings.
If the field already contains a password, a warning is given, letting you know it your current password will be replaced:
Tips for creating a strong password
A strong password should be at least 10 characters long, contain a mix of numbers and letters, contain both upper and lower case letters and contain one or more special characters, such as _ or *. A password should not contain common words, or words personally linked to you, such as birth dates etc. See Password Tips for tips for creating a strong password.
