The installer files have been submitted to VirusTotal for analysis and have been detected as Clean. In addition, the downloads for macOS have been notarized by Apple (which checks for any malicious components). After downloading, you should verify the MD5 checksum to make sure the file didn't get corrupted.

Windows
Installation
Important: PWMinder must be installed by a user with Administrative privileges.
- Make sure all of the System Requirements have been met.
- Uninstall any previous versions of PWMinder.
- Download PWMinderSetup_JRE_3.x.n.n.exe.
- Double-click the downloaded file to run the installation wizard.
- Click Allow if prompted whether or not to allow the installer to run.
- Follow the steps in the installation wizard.
Note: PWMinder will be installed for All Users.
Running PWMinder Desktop
- Go to the Start menu.
- Go to the PWMinder Desktop program group.
- Click on the PWMinder icon.
Uninstalling
- Go to Control Panel.
- Select Programs and Features.
- Click on Uninstall a program.
- Find PWMinder Desktop in the list of Programs.
- Click on Uninstall.
macOS
Installation
- Make sure all of the System Requirements have been met.
- Uninstall or remove any previous versions of PWMinder.
- Download PWMinder_JRE_3.x.n.n.dmg.
- Double-click the downloaded dmg file.
- Drag the PWMinder icon onto the Applications icon.
- Close the dmg file.
Running PWMinder Desktop
- Make sure that Gatekeeper has been configured to allow Applications from App Store and identified developers, or else open PWMinder and exempt it from Gatekeeper (see OS X: About Gatekeeper for full details).
- Go to Applications in Finder.
- Double-click on PWMinder.app (or use Control-click and select Open, to exempt it from Gatekeeper).
- Add PWMinder to the Dock (optional).
Uninstalling
- Open Finder.
- Open the Applications folder.
- Drag the PWMinder Desktop application icon to Trash.
Linux
Installation
- Make sure all of the System Requirements have been met.
- Uninstall or remove any previous versions of PWMinder.
- Download PWMinder_JRE_3.x.n.n.deb.
- Double-click the downloaded .deb file.
Running PWMinder Desktop
- Find PWMinder in Applications.
- Optionally add to Favourites, to pin the icon to the dash
- Click on the Icon
Uninstalling
- PWMinder can be uninstalled using Synaptic Package Manager
