Starting with iPWMinder 2.0.3, you can now export (copy) a Local password Repository Files, using the File Browser on your phone. Repository files can be exported to a location on My iPhone, or to iCloud.
To export a password Repository file, firstly open the Repository you want to export (see How to Open an Existing Repository file).

From the Repository Home screen tap on the Export button.

Tap the Export button on the Confirmation, to display the iOS File Browser.

Select the Location where you want to export the file to (i.e. On My iPhone or iCloud), and then tap the Save button.

The file is then exported (copied) to the selected location. This can be used as a way to back up your Local file or (using iCloud) to transfer a file to your computer.
