Windows 10 Creator Upgrade triggers a re-activation
Our Licensing provider softWORKZ, has released a technical bulletin (see below), announcing that the next Windows 10 upgrade, may cause users to loose their activation of PWMinder Desktop and ask them to re-activate.
Re-activation is straight forward and only requires that you re-submit your Activation Code, enter you current password and then enter a "New and Never Used" password.
If you have forgotten your Activation/License Code and/or your password you can submit a Help Desk ticket, or access your License Information using the myLicense Portal.

The major Windows10 Creator Update that is currently being rolled out by Microsoft via their automated Windows Update process, may impact the <MachineID> anonymous hash used by software_DNA when locking the License to the User’s computer. This will trigger a re-activation of the User’s application protected by software_DNA the first time it is run under Windows 10 Creator.
