License Key lost after software update

There is a known issue with PWMinder BlackBerry, that when you do a Software Update (i.e. update the BlackBerry OS), that the License Key is lost.  You will need to re-enter the License Key in order to re-register it.  If you have forgotten your License Key please open a Support Ticket, and we will send it to you.
