Most screens in iPWMinder, contain a Navigation Bar at the top and Tool Bar at the bottom. This article describes the use of the various buttons on the Navigation and Tool Bars.

Navigation Bar:

Home Button Home Button This takes you back to the Welcome Screen
Back Button Back Button This takes you back to the previous Screen
Cancel Button Cancel Button Closes the current Editing Screen without saving, and takes you back to the previous Screen.
Save Button Save Button Saves changes and takes you back to the previous Screen.
Done Button Done Button Completes the editing of fields like Description, Category and Expiry Dates, and returns you back to the main editing screen. Also used to Cancel delete mode.
Trash Button Trash Button Used to delete a Record or Repository. Tapping the button puts the screen into Delete mode allowing you to select a Record or Repository to delete.

 

Tool Bar:

Edit Repository Button Edit Repository Button Opens the Edit Repository Screen.
Repository Info Button Repository Info Button Opens the Repository Info Screen.
Add Recod Button Add Record Button Opens the Add Record Screen. This button is on both the Repository Screen and the Category (Record List) Screen.
Edit Record Button Edit Record Button Opens the Edit Record Screen, for the current Record
Copy Button Copy Button Copies the data from the currently selected Field, to the clipboard, so it can be pasted into another App, for example pasted into Safari Browser.
Compose Email Button Compose Email Button Opens Mail App, and creates a new Mail message using the selected Email address. This button is only enabled if an Email Address field is selected.
Open Browser Button Open Browser Button Opens Safari browers using the Website URL selected. This button is only enabled if a Website URL field is selected.
Refresh Button Refresh Button Refreshes the list of Dropbox files (when selecting the Dropbox file to open) or refreshes the current Repository with the latest data from Dropbox (only applies if the current Repository file is on Dropbox).
About Button About Button Opens the About Screen.
